閥門電動執行器指的是以電能為主要能量來源,用來驅動閥門的機械。由于是精密電器元件,一般需要對其有一定的防爆、防護等級(防水、防塵)要求。閥門電動執行器的工作原理是怎樣的呢?
閥門電動執行器基本上是一個減速電機。電機可以具有各種電壓,并且是主要的轉矩產生部件。為防止因過度勞動或過度耗電而造成的熱損傷,閥門電動執行器電機通常配有嵌入電機繞組的熱過載傳感器。
該傳(chuan)感器與電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)串聯,并在(zai)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)過熱(re)時打(da)開電(dian)(dian)路,然后(hou)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)達到安全工(gong)作溫度時關閉(bi)電(dian)(dian)路。電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)由電(dian)(dian)樞(shu),電(dian)(dian)氣繞組和(he)齒輪組組成。當向繞組供電(dian)(dian)時,產生磁場(chang),引(yin)起電(dian)(dian)樞(shu)旋(xuan)轉。只要有繞組通(tong)電(dian)(dian),電(dian)(dian)樞(shu)就會轉動(dong); 當電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)切斷(duan)時,電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)停止。
行(xing)程限位開關的(de)(de)標準末端(duan),這(zhe)是電(dian)動執(zhi)行(xing)器(qi)(qi)所必需的(de)(de),可(ke)以處理這(zhe)個任務(wu)。閥門電(dian)動執(zhi)行(xing)器(qi)(qi)依靠(kao)直接(jie)連接(jie)到電(dian)動機(ji)的(de)(de)齒輪系來(lai)增強電(dian)動機(ji)轉矩(ju)并(bing)決定致動器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)輸出速度。
電(dian)動(dong)(dong)閥(fa)(fa)是(shi)由兩在部份組成(cheng),一(yi)(yi)部份是(shi)電(dian)動(dong)(dong)執(zhi)(zhi)行(xing)機(ji)構(gou)(gou),一(yi)(yi)部份是(shi)閥(fa)(fa)門(men),閥(fa)(fa)門(men)的(de)開(kai)關動(dong)(dong)力(li)來源(yuan)于(yu)電(dian)動(dong)(dong)執(zhi)(zhi)行(xing)機(ji)構(gou)(gou),并且電(dian)動(dong)(dong)執(zhi)(zhi)行(xing)機(ji)構(gou)(gou)上(shang)有兩組行(xing)程開(kai)關,電(dian)動(dong)(dong)閥(fa)(fa)初次(ci)運行(xing)時,需要設(she)定開(kai)關閥(fa)(fa)的(de)行(xing)程,行(xing)程設(she)定好后,可(ke)以達到開(kai)到位時電(dian)動(dong)(dong)執(zhi)(zhi)行(xing)機(ji)構(gou)(gou)自動(dong)(dong)停(ting)止,關到位后電(dian)動(dong)(dong)執(zhi)(zhi)行(xing)機(ji)構(gou)(gou)也(ye)可(ke)以自動(dong)(dong)停(ting)止,達到自動(dong)(dong)化控制
